Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24 January 1981) is an American political commentator. She was previously a candidate for the US Senate and a TV presenter on MSNBC. She was frequent contributor to The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill's Rising together with Saagar Enti. Enjeti and Ball have decided to stop the show in the month of May 2021. This was to allow for the release of Breaking Points (Krystal and Saagar). Ball hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends' podcast with Kyle Kulinski. She has been featured on network programs such as CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time alongside Bill Maher. As of the year 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball is able to attribute her new fascination with politics due to her experience as a new mother during the 2008 primary elections and watching the outcome of the 2008 US presidential election during her time in Jordan. She was able observe how the election affected those living in Jordan and she was able to appreciate the worldwide impact US politics has on everyone around the globe. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's candidate for Congress in Virginia’s 1st district in the year 2010. She lost to Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. From June 2012 until July 2015, she hosted The Cycle, an MSNBC show The Cycle. She founded the People's House Project, an organization that promotes Democratic causes in May 2017.
